Alex CHAN's passion for the outdoors began during his student years, initially just as a way to enjoy challenges and leisure time.

After experiencing the fast-paced corporate world, he gained a deeper appreciation for the value of adventure, mental health, and physical training, leading him to pursue various professional certifications.

In 2025, he achieved Level II Abseiling and Level II Rope Course Instructor through the Rope Course Union of Hong Kong China.

His coaching style is dynamic, grounding, and focused on holistic growth. Alex believes in making fitness, health, and adventure accessible to everyone, and he loves guiding participants of all ages—from kids and teens to adults—on their journey toward better health and confidence.
